We love your heart for donations and encourage you to take them to one of the many area non-profits that are doing fantastic work! 
 
When our families need food, clothing, furniture, or toys, etc., we refer them to local agencies.

  • furniture — contact Beds for Kids or Furnish for Good.

  • clothing — contact Lydia's Loft, or Matthew's Closet (through Assurance Methodist Church).

  • food — contact Angels and Sparrows, Hearts and Hands Food Pantry, or Loaves and Fishes (at Huntersville UMC).

  • baby items — contact Community Pregnancy Center.

  • appliances — contact Crisis Assistance Ministry.

  • toys, books, etc  — take to Goodwill

  • household items or decorations — take to Goodwill, Camino Center, or Habitat for Humanity Restore.

  • a desktop computer — contact Goodwill.

  • a laptop — contact E2D.

  • medical equipment — contact Lake Norman Community Health Clinic.

Please do not leave anything on the porch at Dad's House; there are chickens that freely roam the neighborhood and like to visit our porch and destroy things (or generally make a mess).
