Thank you for offering to be one of our drivers! Our Caterpillar kids are precious cargo, so we take it very seriously when accepting volunteers for driving positions.

Download and fill out the form located HERE then upload the signed document in step 5 with your other requested items.

S T E P 5 Upload a copy of the following items and submit in the form below.

1) Filled out and signed copy of the request form from Step 4

2) Recent Driver's License

3) Proof of current Auto Insurance
